The boys are learning how to feed themselves. yipee.

peas

so far, we've tried apples, pears, sweet potatoes, and peas. fruits are a huge hit. they can't get enough. sweet potatoes seemed to make max's cheeks get really red - might have been an allergic reaction, but very cute. they have been going back and forth on peas. one day one likes them and the other hates them, then the next day it reverses. on this third day of peas, morris demolished his own serving and then went on to eat max's peas because max just kept making drooly razberries every time he got a spoonful.









today we will try acorn squash.

Morris is ready for action!

Morris is doing great on his tummy too! The boys are both are doing a lot of reaching and grabbing stuff lately as well. Very exciting!
Last week they had lots of visitors - their uncle, aunt, and cousin all the way from England!! Here's Morris with his cousin Ayden:

So, no, morris didn't sleep all through the night last night again, but we know he can and its gonna be soon.

Apparently (the experts say) we should all be reading together. You try it! Not so easy! Here we are trying to get through the first page of Maurice Sendak's "Chicken Soup With Rice" (thank you for that Sara Eichner!). That's as far as we got.
